We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Netherlands

  • Delivery time: 5 - 10 business days

European Union

  • Delivery time: 5 - 10 business days

United States & International

  • Delivery time: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU (including the United States):

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
