RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, please contact us first at Betterdayz@greevink.nl with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- Include all original tags and labels attached
- Be returned in proper and secure packaging
- Be sent back within the 14-day return period
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
- Returns must be sent with sufficient postage
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If the returned item does not meet our conditions, we may:
- Refuse the return, or
- Deduct a reasonable amount from the refund
Important for International Orders (US & outside EU)
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns from outside the EU must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
